The Propeller Solutions’ Semi-Custom propeller ranges from 3, 4, and 5 blades, 18”- 60” diameter, flat faced sections, 35 degrees skew, anti-singing edges, and various blade areas to accommodate most slow to medium speed applications. The semi-custom propeller is a superior quality propeller that insures you will have efficiency, smoothness and quietness.

Full Custom Performance Series

The Propeller Solutions’ Custom Series propeller has been designed for the customer whose design criteria is maximum performance, high blade loading, and the ultimate in smoothness and quietness. This series is application specific and will be custom designed and engineered to meet the goal of the customer. Our designs incorporate variable pitch distribution with root and tip relief, custom blade areas, face camber, various degrees of skew and blade area and matched hub sizes.
